Do I need to be vaccinated? You can show your vaccination status via the Service Victoria app, or by storing the certificate in your digital wallet, or presenting a physical certificate. Patrons with physical certificates will also be asked to show photo ID.
Masks: As it is no longer a government mandate, patrons can wear a mask at their own discretion while at the venue.

Mobile/Emailed Tickets: Download your tickets before you arrive.
Box Office Collections: If you are collecting tickets from the Box Office, the card holder must be present with the payment card used for the booking and a government issued photo ID.
Booth Ticket Holders:
If you have purchased booth access with your GA tickets, please go to the Box Office on arrival at the venue to collect your wristband and drink card and our staff will then direct you to your booth.
*If you have GA tickets and would like to purchase booth access for this event, we recommend arriving early and going to the Box Office on arrival at the venue. They will be able to assist, subject to availability.
Purchasing Tickets: Only purchase your tickets from our official ticketing partner, Ticketmaster or Ticketek and not from any unauthorised or secondary ticket sellers, as they do not guarantee access to the venue.
Age Recommendations: You must be 18 years or over to attend this event. Valid Proof of Age photo ID is required by all patrons (Australian Driver’s License, Victorian Learners Permit, Passport, Proof of Age Card, Keypass). Photocopies and photos of ID will not be accepted.
